the STAFF was helpful , particularly with directions. the LOCATION near the train station was convenient. i especially liked the included breakfast , because it had a good variety of options to choose from. the staff assisted with luggage since the elevator did not reach every floor.

the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up , resulting in a warmer sleep environment. this was a bit UNCOMFORTABLE during warmer days.

the breakfasts offered a variety of options and the coffee was good.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe. I observed several drug users attempting to enter the building when doors were opened and it was unsettling, especially late at night.
